From I-40 East - Take Exit #44 (US 19-23). Turn right onto US 19-23 South and go to the fourth traffic light. Turn left onto Sand Hill Road. At the next light, turn right onto Enka Lake Road. Hominy Valley Elementary School is approximately one mile on the right.

From I-26 West - Take Exit #33 (Brevard Rd, Blue Ridge Parkway). Turn right on Brevard Road. At third traffic light, turn right on Sardis Road. At next traffic light at BP station, bear left (Sardis Road will turn into Sand Hill Road). At third traffic light, turn left on Enka Lake Road. Hominy Valley Elementary School is approximately one mile on the right.

  • Building opens for students: 7:00 a.m.

  • School day begins: 7:30 a.m.

  • Dismissal for bus students: 2:15 p.m.

  • Dismissal for car riders: 2:15 p.m. - 2:40pm
