At Hominy Valley Elementary, every student relishes a weekly art class under the guidance of our art teacher, Ms. Oehm. The art room serves as a hub where students delve into new skills, tackle problems creatively, and, above all, have fun! In these sessions, students immerse themselves in a variety of mediums including painting, drawing, collage, pottery, weaving, stitching, sculpture, and more.

Additionally, our students actively engage in the broader artistic community through participation in the BCS art show. They compile portfolios showcasing their projects developed throughout the year, and their creations are frequently featured in hallway displays.
