🍎 ✏️ Excitement was in the air last week at Hominy Valley Elementary!
Our future kindergarten stars got a head start by exploring their new school, diving into 2D shapes, and crafting with Play-Doh. This year’s Kinder Camp introduced them to important classroom skills, routines, tools, learning games, and new friends.
“It gives them a chance to anticipate what school will be like and feel more comfortable,” said kindergarten teacher April Adair. “They’re so sweet, and now they’re ready and excited to start kindergarten.”
