Congratulations to our very own Master Sargent Draper. He has been selected as the Region-2 Overall Outstanding Instructor of the Year winner in the Non-Commissioned Officer NCO category!! This is the second year in a row that he has received this award!! That means he was selected as the #1 of about 120 NCOs in Region-2 for two straight years! He absolutely deserves it! He puts his heart and soul into mentoring these young people. You make us PROUD to be a jet Master Sargent Draper.
